How the same-day cutoff works
Place your order before 1PM Pacific on a business day and it ships that day. Orders placed after 1PM, or on a weekend or holiday, ship the next business day. The cutoff is Pacific time, so if you're on the East Coast, that's 4PM your time.
Production is cutoff based because we print in our own shop. What you order goes into our queue, not a third party's.
What ships same day
| Product | Turnaround |
|---|---|
| Custom DTF gang sheets | Same day before 1PM PT |

| Glitter, puff, glow, gold foil | 3 to 5 business days |

Planning around an event? Standard DTF is the fast lane. Order specialty finishes and UV DTF early.
How to make the cutoff
- Send print-ready files. Transparent PNG at print size, around 300 DPI. A file that needs fixing can miss the cutoff. Check our artwork specs first.
- Put everything on one sheet. A well-built gang sheet is one order to print and one package to ship.
- Order spares. Unpressed transfers keep 6 to 12 months, so a couple of extras cover a crooked press without a rush reorder.
Faster than shipping: local pickup
If you're in the San Fernando Valley or nearby, pickup skips the transit time. The shop is at 9736 Variel Ave, Chatsworth, CA 91311. Call (818) 527-8264 to confirm your order is ready before you drive over. More on pickup is on our DTF transfers in Los Angeles page.
Rush jobs for shops
Print shops and embroiderers on tight deadlines can apply for a wholesale account. Wholesale orders move ahead of hobby orders in production, on top of the same-day cutoff.
Press it when it lands
300°F, high pressure, 10 seconds, peel hot, then a 5 second post-press. Full steps in our DTF heat press settings guide.
