Pantone Color Chart with HEX Codes

Look up any swatch on our coated and uncoated color charts by its grid code or HEX code, then see how that color actually prints on our DTF setup. The preview is built from 2,250 colors we printed and measured on our own printers.

The side block and the bright colors have no grid code on the printed sheet. Search them by HEX.

How to use the color chart

  1. Find your color on the printed chart. Each swatch is printed on our production setup, so what you see on the sheet is what you get on the shirt.
  2. Note its grid code, like F12 or AA40, and look it up above.
  3. Copy the HEX code into Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or Procreate.
  4. Upload your artwork to the gang sheet builder or order by size.

Coated vs uncoated

The coated chart covers brighter, more saturated values. The uncoated chart covers softer, more muted ones. Many brand guides list a coated and an uncoated version of the same color, so both charts are here.

Why your screen can't be trusted for print color

We printed 2,250 test colors on our own printers and measured each one with a spectrophotometer. Most shifted enough to notice when set next to the same color on a screen, and saturated blues and greens shifted the most. The printed chart takes the guesswork out: pick from the sheet, not the monitor.

FAQ

Why do colors print differently than they look on my screen?

Screens make color with light, and prints make it with ink on film. We measured 2,250 colors printed on our own setup, and the typical color shifts enough to see side by side. Bright blues and greens shift the most. The printed chart shows you the real result before you order.

What is the difference between the coated and uncoated charts?

The coated chart holds brighter, more saturated values. The uncoated chart holds softer, more muted ones. If your brand guide lists both, use the one that matches the look you want on the garment.

How do I use a color from the chart?

Find the swatch on the printed chart, note its grid code, look it up here, and copy the HEX code into your design file. Save your artwork with that exact HEX and it prints the way the swatch does.

How accurate is the printed-color estimate?

It is built from real measurements of our production setup, but every screen shows color a little differently. Treat it as a guide. For brand-critical colors, the printed chart is the reference.

Can you match my brand color exactly?

Send us the HEX codes from your brand guide. If a color prints with a big shift, we will point you to the closest swatch on our chart so you know what to expect.
