Getting to Chatsworth from Oxnard
Expect about 41 miles and close to an hour. One common route heads north on Rice Avenue to Highway 118, then east through Somis and Moorpark and on through Simi Valley to De Soto Avenue. The other is the Ventura Freeway (US 101) east to De Soto, then north. Traffic decides which wins.
