Holiday rush math is simple: your customer's deadline, minus your press time, minus shipping, minus our print time. Here are our holiday order cutoffs and every USPS and UPS closure for 2026, so you can work backward and never miss a drop.
- Last order for Christmas
- Dec 19, 1PM PT
- Same-day ship cutoff
- 1PM PT
- UV DTF and specialty
- Order by Dec 14
- Production
- 7 days a week
Infynite holiday order deadlines
We print every day of the week, holidays included. Orders placed before 1PM PT ship the same day on any day the carrier is running. UV DTF and specialty finishes (glitter, puff, glow, foil) run on a 3 to 5 business day turnaround, so they need to be in earlier.
| To arrive by Dec 25 via | Standard DTF: order by | UV DTF and specialty: order by |
|---|---|---|
| USPS Ground Advantage | Dec 17, 1PM PT | Dec 10 |
| USPS Priority Mail | Dec 18, 1PM PT | Dec 11 |
| USPS Priority Mail Express | Dec 19, 1PM PT | Dec 14 |
Those are the last possible days. Carriers slow down in December, and your customers still need their shirts after the transfers reach you. Order a week earlier if you can.
Work backward from your customer's deadline
- Start with your customer's delivery date. For Christmas gifts, that's Dec 24 at the latest.
- Subtract your outbound shipping. Use the carrier deadlines below.
- Subtract your press time. Be honest about how many shirts you can press per day.
- Subtract our print and ship time. That's your last day to order transfers from us.
- Add a buffer. Two extra days saves a lot of refunds.
Running a big holiday order? Put everything on one gang sheet and order once instead of three times.
