Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
Orders placed before 1PM PT ship the same business day. Orders placed after 1PM ship the next morning. Once your package leaves our facility, delivery is handled by the carrier, so we can't guarantee transit times or cover carrier delays. Please allow extra time around holidays.
ISSUES AND REPLACEMENTS
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is wrong, such as missing prints, print defects, or incorrect quantities, report it within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace the affected items at no cost. To report an issue, contact us with your order number, a short description, and clear photos. Issues reported after the 48-hour window can't be verified and will require a new purchase.
RETURNS
Because every transfer is custom printed to order, we can't accept returns on printed items. If something isn't right with your order, our replacement policy above has you covered.

Transfers
What are transfers?
Transfers are pre-printed designs that you apply to garments using heat and pressure. Instead of printing directly onto a shirt, the artwork is printed onto a special film. You then place that design on the garment, press it with a heat press, and it bonds permanently to the fabric.
Garments
What types of garments do transfers work on?
Transfers work on most fabrics, including cotton, polyester, blends, and fleece. They’re commonly used on t-shirts, hoodies, crewnecks, sweatpants, long sleeves, tote bags, and workwear.
They perform well on both light and dark garments, so you don’t need different transfer types for different colors or materials.

How fast can i expect to receive my order?
Orders sent to us before 1pm will be shipped out that same day, any orders sent after will be shipped the following morning.

PS:
-Some large transfer companies don’t actually print your order themselves. Instead, they route your files to third-party shops near you, often selling the job to the lowest or highest bidder.
That means two orders placed on different days can be printed on entirely different machines, using different inks, films, and settings. The result is inconsistent color, inconsistent feel, and unpredictable quality.
At Infynite Transfers, every order is printed in-house on the same calibrated equipment, using the same materials, every time.

REQUIREMENTS.
Follow these specs for a perfect press every time.
RESOLUTION
300 DPI
MINIMUM
Anything less will result in blurry edges. Ensure your canvas is set to 300 DPI at the final print size.
FILE TYPE
PNG OR
PDF ONLY
Backgrounds must be 100% transparent. No JPEGs. If we can see a white box, the printer will print it.
COLOR MODE
RGB OR
CMYK
Our RIP software handles both. For the most vivid results, we recommend designing in CMYK color profiles.

Place your garment on the press and heat for 5 seconds. This removes any moisture and factory chemicals from the fabric, ensuring a perfect molecular bond.
